The printing is done "by hand" with a general public 3D printer with the resulting finish : rough areas due to the presence of printing supports, streaks, etc. (see photos) are therefore completely normal. The customer can use it as is or sand it to paint it if he wishes.
The printing material used is UV resin, it is a resin that hardens thanks to Ultraviolet rays. It is well resistant to heat** and of course to UV rays.

Stock: Why are there so few parts available / in stock? As these kits are handcrafted, in order to avoid an overflow of orders that we could not keep, you see the stock of kits produced in advance and ready to send. Once the inventory is at 0, you will have to wait for the production of new ones before you can re-order them.
**Heat resistance: we tested this resin at 100°C, considered among the most resistants on the market, at this temperature it has good resistance to compression, but begins to show some friability and aptitude to bend. It is clearly more resistant than PET-G (material that we previously used for this type of printing). We advise you to always use a sun visor and to open the windows slightly (2cm is enough) in order to reduce the temperature it can make in your cockpit. Taking this warning into account, deformations due to heat are neither taken back nor reimbursed.
